I wish that someone had told me about Cityrow before I bought my peloton. The classes are perfect and the instructors keep you motivated. I had some app issues that CS has helped resolve quickly. I did get a faulty comm modle that had to be replaced by waterrower but no issues since. I highly recommend Cityrow because of the level of support they provided. More...

During this time of social distancing I was missing my spinning and yoga workouts so much. I tried to go back to running but my body was telling me "NO". I knew that I wanted a rower as a piece of equipment in my home and I decided to make the investment. I didn't know about CityRow at the time but found it during all my research about rowing programs. I'm in love. The app is great, the programs varied, and the instructors are motivating. The app is a joke. I have tried connecting my brand new city go water rower for oVer two weeks. I have gone back and forth with customer service for two weeks without finding resolution.
