This past Saturday my company chauffeured a whole wedding party ( state troopers)and guest to City Winery as I have brought quite a few wine tours to your establishment in the past. While myself and two other chauffeurs had to wait I decided to treat them to ice teas and lunch. I paid over 100.00 including gratuity. We sat at the bar and expected to wait as you had a wedding plus 75 other ppl there who came in on buses for a wine tour. However I did not expect to wake up on Monday to see your personal political views out in public. We are all entitled to our political views but you called out Biden as president when this is not confirmed yet. The state troopers endorsed Trump. I am a Trump fan and voice it on my personal page, not my business page. I will also respect whomever holds the Commander In Chief position. I will definitely bring clients to your establishment if requested but I will not be recommending and sure will not be patronizing City Winery myself again. More...

Upon entering my temperature was taken and read 91.6 (??) Obviously the thermometer was not working and the worker said “oh well go on in” . We got seated and sat there 20 minutes before I had to get up and ask a waiter if someone was planning on coming to our table. He comes over takes our wine order, we wait another 20 minutes before we get the wine and tell him we are ready to place our appetizer order. Waited a long time to get the appetizers served with no utensils or plates. I suppose We were supposed to eat with our fingers. Was never offered a second glass of wine, waiter never came back over, we asked a female waitress if she could bring us our check. Very bad service, prices are overly expensive especially for the portions, and food is mediocre at best. After reading today’s post by management at this establishment boasting his political views, Not only do I find this extremely unprofessional but I also will not patronize any business that supports and praises Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. I do not understand how a business can support people who are going to raise taxes and turn our country into a socialist nation. More...

Horrible experience. The manager wasn’t wearing her mask properly even while delivering food; she pulled it down to speak to patrons. It took over 20 mins to get a glass of wine and over an hour to get the food, which was subpar. We watched the manager and owner comp multiple tables’ checks due to the lack of service. City Winery is well decorated and they paid great attention to details. They really incorporated the space, with what seems to be remnants of the factory building they took over. It really is beautiful. The Brunch menu had an eclectic selection. Everything was well presented and tasted well.
