What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start my own business with City Wide Facility Solutions came from my deep connection to Las Vegas and my experiences with City Wide in North Carolina. Having lived in Vegas for over a decade, I've developed a strong bond with the city and consider it my home. My time with City Wide in North Carolina was eye-opening. I saw firsthand the significant impact our business model had on clients who were struggling with underperforming vendors, as well as on the crews and staff we worked with.
It was more than just a service; it was about developing people, investing in them, and enabling them to deliver exceptional solutions and service. This holistic approach resonated with me. I saw the potential for bringing this model to Las Vegas, a city I'm deeply connected with.
