Very, very good. We had the ribs, chicken, mac & cheese, and the beans. The meats each had a unique smoky flavor and were cooked to perfection. Â The sides had they're own delicious attributes as well, especially the beans. Well done boys!They've got an awesome rig that's very well maintained and includes two smokers. Anybody can burn meat and call it "BBQ", City Catering is top notch when it comes to the smoked meats. Everything is excellently prepared, they hook you with the smell and seal the deal with the taste. The sides are the perfectly compliment to the meats, great options, nothing overdone or underwhelming. Great staff as well, you can't go wrong, unless you go somewhere else (then you're on your own). Excellent Food & Service. The BBQ Pulled Pork is AMAZING and the Beef Brisket practically melted in my mouth.....DELISH� My kids FAVORITE are the Mac 'N Cheese and Cheesy Mashed Potatoes. I'm not a big fan of Beans but those Baked Beans were Banging� As for desserts, the Sweet Potato Pie is where it's AT.....my kids LOVED the Rice Krispi Treats. Just attended an event catered by City Catering and the food was amazing. Â Pulled pork and brisket were delicious and they offer a choice of sauces. Â They even had a couple of vegan dishes---greens and sweet potato pie--which is not something you would expect from a place that specializes in bbq. Â Those were amazing as well.
