This gym has the best equipment and Adam really knows what he is doing. He can help you meet your individual goals. The look and feel of the gym is addicting. Citizens Gym is the kind of fitness facility you would expect to see in a more urban area. The cardio and weight training equipment are state of the art, the locker rooms/bathrooms are exceptionally clean and modern, and you couldn’t possibly ask for a more friendly staff. Both Adam and Nick are always willing to help members in any way they can and it’s also a place where anyone will feel comfortable working out no matter their level of fitness. Truly, it’s a gem in the charming downtown area of Paducah and I am so glad that I decided to get away from the facilities around the mall area for a much better overall gym experience. I stay at Citezen’s Gym because they care about helping me meet my goals and there is not a better place around to work out.
