I needed someone to come clean my carpets, and was given this referral by a family member. I called and was able to get them scheduled quick! Robert Sr. and Robert Jr. were the ones to come out, and were so nice and courteous. They explained the entire process, and did a fantastic job. I have been calling on Circle N Carpet cleaning for a few years now. The scheduling is easy to do. I especially notice that right around the time I think i need carpets clean they call to suggest it is time. (Biannual).The technicians are friendly and courteous. The service is professional and they do a very good job. I've had to have pet stains removed and recently had grout cleaned. They are my go-to company. Full disclosure: I know the owners. I know their context for running a quality company with integrity. I'd have no problem using someone else if I felt the service was insufficient. NO ONE BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are the MOST professional company that I have used in a very long time and they clean the carpet better than Zero Rez! (who Zero Rez leaves a powder residue that sticks to the carpet and vacuums up for at least a year!)I have used many from Chem Dry and more, CIRCLE N CARPET CLEANING is very professional and Very affordable and they are fast and thorough. EXCELLENT Customer Service! Â Quality Work! Â Very Reliable! Â I manage a number of properties and really appreciate Stephanie, Frankie and Jose as they helped me prepare new properties for renting. Â Among the things I like about them are....1. Â Their prices are great and often run deals to make them even more affordable. 2. They use the truck mounted units to make your carpets super clean with hot water! Â This is essential....I will not use floor cleaners if they do not have the truck mounted units. The floors looked new when they were done. Â 3. They did an excellent job at pulling out all the dog fur left from the last tenants. Â 4. They pretreat stains. Let me preface this by saying that I REALLY tried not to give them a 1 star rating, but found myself not finding any redeemable virtue in this company. First of all, they came out to clean my vacant house because we were moving out. They did show up early, which I will give them credit for. They had a special to clean 3 rooms for $90. I thought to clean those rooms should take about 30-45 minutes each. They were sizable rooms, so I thought that was reasonable. I left for 1 hour and came back to see them packing up already. I was shocked. I went inside and found that the carpet edges were barely touched. It was almost still black. The house reaked of chemicals, so I'm assuming they just hit the middle areas of the carpet and ran out like a banshee.  There were areas where the carpet indentations from the furniture were still there!I tried calling the company the next day and told them they needed to send someone out ASAP to fix it because my landlord was coming by to inspect, but they were too busy to fit me in until next week!  Great service there!In the end, I had to call ANOTHER guy out to fix the problem and pay him. He said that if I had written Circle N a check, I should stop  payment!  Lol!  But seriously, don't let their "specials" lure you in. Just pay a few more bucks and get it done right from someone else!UPDATE:  I was contacted by the owner after my review and she was very accommodating.  I know not everyone can do every job right, but was very impressed with her willingness to reach out to me and help fix the situation.  While I was not happy about the initial job, I am a fan of good customer service.  I would recommend them again purely based on this part of the experience. I had a big party at my mother in laws house and the carpets were completely trashed. Â I did not know what to do. Â There was beer and dirt everywhere, it smelled like a saloon and a zoo. Â I needed the stairs done and because of the white carpet I needed a serious no joke job!!!! Also it was noon I was hung over and the mother in law would be back around 4pm. Â I called many places that didn't pick up the phone or said they could not do it with such short notice. Â To my delight I finally called a magnificent gentlemen by the name of Robert. Â He reassured me that he could handle any job, large or small, dirty or double dirty. By this time it was 1pm and the clock was ticking. Â I told Robert my predicament I was in and he said he was already on his way. Â Literally 5 minutes later the young gentlemen arrived at my door looking as clean as my carpets would soon be. Â It was Robert with one other assistant and he knew the job had to get done so he quickly went to work. Â i got the deodorize, sanitize and scotch guard the whole sham wow! Â I could not believe the speed and efficiency at which they worked. Â When they were done I asked them how did they get to my house so quick. Â Well they happened to be doing a job in the next town over. Â Lucky me they saved my life and my marriage mother in law never found out. Â I tipped the fine gentleman 100 dollars too because I knew he had gone above and beyond my expectations. Â I highly recommend this company for any carpet cleaning needed.
