In February, I purchased a $25 gift card from this place for my girlfriend. There is no expiration date on the gift card, nor do gift cards expire per the guy working the store today. We have used this gift card before to purchase roughly around $15 worth of cinnamon rolls. Well today we go into the store and try to use the remaining $10 of the gift card and for whatever reason the gift card “declined.” The person working the store offered no help and simply told us that the gift card declined and that we needed to pay a different way. You should always get what you pay for in situations like this, but I handed Cinnaholic statesboro $25 for only $15 worth of product. When I waited in line to get my cinnamon roll someone who came in after me , ordered after me , got thier food before me. Person behind the counter said they had allergies . First visit, Baby horribly screaming and holding on the staff member while she tried to prepare the order, when I sent my daughter in to get our forgotten cookie from the order she was told she should have picked it up. who knew? it's our first visit! Cinnamon buns not warmed nor even asked if we wanted them warmed. Only recommend again because I believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance. $20 for a cookie monster cinnamon roll, 3 minis and a cookie (forgotten). No doubt due to the screaming, out of control child. I can't say enough good this about this Gem of a place!! Went today to grab some Chocolate Chip Banana Bread for my hubs and decided to just get a whole pan! it was still warm! Also got a few other goodies! The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY!! Michael even carried all of my goodies to my car for me!!
