What do you love most about your job?
That I can provide a service that my customers want and a job that my employees enjoy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business after I realized that most employers don't invest time or resources in the development of their workers. This can often result in a disengaged workforce with subpar performance. I want to build a company that serves customers by focusing on developing my staff.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Other than ensuring that our people wear safety equipment, perform daily health screenings, receive training on workplace hygiene and are required to stay home with Covid symptoms; we have researched the most effective ways of preventing the spread of the virus. This includes the best chemicals to use as well as the best practices recommended by the CDC.
