Catering Service -Drop-Off Only
With this option, the food is prepared, packaged in bulk & delivered directly to the client’s specified location. Please note that disposable plates, flatware, napkins, serving utensils and steam table setup services will be the client’s responsibility. There is no set up or cleanup service included with this option.Â
Self-Serve Buffet Service- Drop off & Setup
With this option, all guests serve themselves in a buffet style manner. In addition, service includes disposable chafer setup.Â
On-Site Gaucho Grill -Buffet Style Service
With this option, the meat is prepared on a Brazilian rotisserie grill with a Gaucho dressed cook, sides will be in a buffet style manner. We provide disposable plates, flatware. All guest are served in a buffet line manner. In addition, service includes full setup & catering setup area cleanup of equipment for dining purposes (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes & catering equipment).
