I randomly found Henry after googling mortgage broker Los Angeles. He was the first one that popped up and what caught my eye besides his reviews were all the pictures of what seem to be happy clients. I called him tonight at 8:55 right before his office closed. He happily took my call, ran me through the do’s and don’ts of Loans. I sent him all of my paperwork within one hour I was approved for 465k. I’m in shock. I've known Henry for over 20 + years, and he's successfully helped me purchase multiple homes and well as refinance several times to help make my cash flow, flow better. His office is literally mortgage on steroids. Aisha, Henrys his right-hand women is on top of every aspect of the file. Amanda, his marketing assistant and clients concierge, regularly checks in, there's never a time during the transaction when I don't know what's going on. We were referred to Henry by our close friend and real estate agent who said he was the best of the best to work with. He was right. Henry is someone who really cares about his clients and he walked us through our first home purchase making us feel reassured at all times. Our deal was a FSBO between family members and I had lots of questions, to say the least. My husband is self-employed which worried us, but Henry handled it with ease. This review is LOOONG over due!  If you want a mortgage broker who has your back and is willing to go the extra mile and beyond, then look no further than Mr Wilkes.  I had a very difficult loan and I was turned down by other brokers and even Henry's first bank.  But he didn't take no for an answer.  He went out of his way to get the loan done and he did!  We were in an unsafe area, and needed to move.  The first bank didn't believe our situation.  So Henry found another bank and FaceTimed with the CEO and videotaped our circumstance.  It convinced him and we closed a week later.  I mean who does that?Henry is an all around amazing person and I love him to pieces for what he has done for our family.  Thanks Henry!!! I cannot say enough about Henry and his team! After uploading all of our docs (3 times) with the other "popular" mortgage broker across town(who would not even take the time to introduce himself, let alone give us timely updates on our pre-approval status) I decided to search Yelp and found Henry. After filling out the online loan app, I received a phone call from Henry bright and early the very next morning. WOW...Excellent Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Efficient, Professional, Straight Shooter with an Optimistic Outlook and just a down right Cool Guy with Genuine Integrity!!!
