PS I don’t know how to add stars but 5 stars for sure! My review is long overdue. Sarah is not only a wonderful photographer but a wonderful person. I emailed 30 photographers looking for someone who would work well with our story. She not only understood what we wanted out of our photos but worked hard to help us get there. Sarah is absolutely worth any money you spend on her. I received an abundance of photos all of perfect quality. I, myself, am not used to being in front of the camera so I was very nervous. Sarah told me that she knows how to make it feel like you’re not taking photos and she’s right. Probably about 10% felt like I was posing and the rest was us just having a good time. She is not just a photographer but she also becomes your friend throughout the process. I honestly think the biggest thing that I appreciated is her timeline. We were on a crunch because my fiancé was heading to army BCT and she worked with us to get us in so we could have our photos before he left. These photos are one of the many tokens I have that keep me going. My fiancé even took a few with him in his wallet. If you’re on the fence... hop over to Sarah’s side... Sarah was amazing to work with! My partner and I eloped then decided last minute we wanted a photographer. Sarah was able to recommend the best time of day for photos and remained flexible with us day off depending on weather conditions. During the ceremony and photo session itself, Sarah helped us feel comfortable for every shot, and she suggested a variety of poses and locations we would not have thought of on our own. It was time to finally get a family photo session done. We have never done one and our kids are now in school. We decided to go with Diana and it was a wonderful decision. Diana is a professional and works hard at providing wonderful wardrobe assistance and picks amazing back drop destinations. Customizes your session to fit exactly what you want. My favorite was that she is very personable. Her personality and warmth really allowed for our children to relax and enjoy the session. No whining, no crying and for the shy moments; Diana knew exactly what to do! She had a wagon full of goodies, distractions and played great music to set the mood. I will absolutely use Diana again! tl;dr: magical photos, incredible experience pre, during, and post session, absolute unicorn balance of professionalism, creativity, and humanness. For some quick additional context on me: Pregnancy has been a very weird and physically taxing experience. I haven't felt beautiful, comfortable, or peaceful the whole time. Think a sampler platter of every miserable symptom they share to scare teenagers away from getting pregnant, and I'm the poster child. After searching for photographers (for months) whose style I liked, no matter where they were in the US, I had decided I wasn't going to do a maternity shoot. Baby girl was just gonna have to review some try hard iPhone shots to see herself as a belly. My sister found Diana on Instagram, sent me an example, and suddenly insecurities be damned, I had to have her. A short DM later and we were booked! Also, I work at Amazon and deeply know what it means to be customer obsessed. I've seen a significant portfolio of examples that blow a client/ customer away, but I truly don't think I've seen the best until Diana. PRE SESSIONLeading up to the session, I didn't know what I didn't know, ya know? She had it all covered. From the odyssey of finding outfits to the logistics of finding a location. (Two states away from her home)She did her homework on many different clothing styles, and had a repertoire of recommendations and options in her own collection. She did her research on my preferences to point me in the perfect direction. Of course, when I found the perfect dress, it got lost in transit in Singapore. Did that stop Diana from making these pictures magical? Nope. She drove to my house the morning of the shoot, with options that saved the day. She gave my husband and I recommendations for coming prepared to the shoot, to stay warm and comfortable come hell or high water. It was very important to me that my husband was a happy camper for these pics, and he was already out on a limb agreeing to take them with me. She even had a button up for him that fit perfectly, and made him feel great. He didn't even have to fake it for me. DURING SESSIONShe was brave, flexible, and adventurous. She had scouted the perfect, magical location. She created a very peaceful and fun atmosphere to relax into. It was down pouring all day and for the first 30 minutes into our session, yet she was still maintaining a positive and optimistic atmosphere. She came prepared for herself and for us. She had blankets to keep us warm and dry and liquids to keep us hydrated and entertained. The rain finally stopped, the clouds parted just enough to let the last bits of a Pacific Northwest sunset shine through, and because it wasn't already magical enough Diana somehow summoned the fog to settle in among the trees and hills. There were so many moments I would have chickened out, had a mediocre or disappointing experience, or could have just felt bad about myself. Body image shot, dress lost in transit, wildcard husband participation, physically hampered, and an unusual (even for Seattle) down pour. But we had a blast, and I felt more beautiful, supported, comfortable, and peaceful than I'd felt in years. POST SESSION I don't know if I can brag too much because I don't want to reveal all of the magician's secrets, but rest assured the results reflected the experience, and are absolutely treasured. Diana is the most talented photographer I've worked with yet. You don't only get amazing photos, you get all the "little things" that are the biggest things. Diana works with you each step of the way to make sure that your time spent during the session is nothing less than magical and what you envisioned. Diana is truly an amazing. She corresponded with me months prior to our session discussing eveyrthing from color pallets, to vision, to outfit choices and even offered to provide some dresses for me if I wasnt able to find something in time. She doenst do this is a job, she does it because she loves it and you can feel it from the instant you meet her. I dont know about most fiances, but mine was not "super excited" to take picutres for hours but wtih Diana's guidance and comfortable vibe, he was able to actually have a great time with it. The final product far exceeded my expectations and we used SIX of the pictures for our save the date. Absolutely amazing. I have a three-year-old and a one-year-old who were both not cooperating and Diana was great with them.  I left thinking we would barely have any good shots and that I just wasted my money. I was wrong. The photos were beautiful. All of them. I dont know how she did it, but she got the most beautiful natural smiles from my little maniacs. She is talented, patient, and friendly. I can not express enough how grateful I was to stumble upon Diana Christine Photography. I wanted to have "mommy and me" photos done with my son, and I refused to spend my money on JCPenny Portraits. I have only ever experienced a photo session in a studio. I took a leap of faith and booked Diana Christine. She is one helluva photographer! She works with you on every step of the way in order to create the most perfect photo session. From helping style and coordinate outfits, to finding beautiful picturesque locations. She is so kind and patient, and really does everything she can to make you feel comfortable during the session. Wendy is a sweet neighbor of ours and is absolutely amazing!! She squeezed my family into her busy holiday schedule for a shoot at Laguna Beach and we couldn't be more happy with our pictures! ! She is very detailed during the shoot, will make sure your hair looks good, poses align well with each other, colors coordinate, etc... and that is exactly what makes her an extraordinary photographer! Wendy is so great and welcoming; she made us feel and look great together and that is what makes the experience so special. I purchased a gift certificate for my boyfriend to get a family portrait done - he'd never had a family picture with his kids as adults and it was long overdue.  I'll skip to the end and say the pictures were amazing - but beyond that, Diana was so flexible and easy to engage, during the entire process.  She provided options for where we could shoot, listened to our objectives, provided some ideas about styling and made the shoot day a lot of fun for us.  When we got to the site, we had to make a few adjustments due to young grandkids, and she was totally "go with the flow" - putting everyone at ease.  We couldn't be happier with the outcome and I will absolutely use her for future projects.  I'm a big fan of family pics and have experience with lots of local photographers - while I've never had a bad experience, I would put Diana up there with the top one or two I've used. My now husband and I booked with Sarah after meeting with her once and it was the best decision we made in regards to vendors for our wedding! We did our engagement pictures at the Ice Castles in Dillon, CO when that was here and they turned out AMAZING!! Our wedding pictures followed that... INCREDIBLE!! When our videographer didn’t show up, Sarah’s husband and co-photographer stepped in and made a short video for us. Sarah goes above and beyond and is so wonderful. I really struggle with how to even begin to do Sarah and Erik justice in a review. Working with Sarah was a bit like having a perfectly organized wedding coordinator, awesome bridesmaid, and crazy talented and creative wedding photographer all wrapped up into one fun, bubbly person. Her husband Erik also did an incredible job making all the guys feel comfortable and like they were having fun too (not an easy feat).
From our first email and FaceTime through engagement photos and an eventful wedding day, Sarah always kept her cool, made things happen, and had a cool and creative vision for shots. She remembered everyone's names, groups of photos we wanted to taken, and helped make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. She also really listened to our ideas and things we wanted and found ways to incorproate them flawlessly!

I had been thinking about updating my headshot for a while, and once I met Wendy Miller, the owner of Wendy Christine Photography, I knew she was the right person for the job. Not only is Wendy very experienced and professional, she has a way about her that puts one at ease. Wendy made me feel very comfortable during the entire photo shoot. Her goal is to capture the perfect shot. I would have been happy with one pose, but Wendy encouraged me to try different poses, in different spots, and even to wear different outfits. Couldn't be happier! Sarah took our engagement photos, and then also our wedding photos. She is phenomenal! So much fun, and she is not afraid to step in and lend a hand with everything else too. She even corralled a "stray" dog to keep it from jumping on me in my dress. She was also able to put up with my Dad who can be a bit of a handful. Sarah and Eric are an excellent team. She even got out on the dance floor a few times to keep the party going. They both have such an eye for detail. And holy cow, there is no shortage of shots. They shoot EVERYTHING! Wendy did our photos for the day my fiancé proposed to me and did an absolutely amazing job capturing every moment!!! We also hired her to do our engagement photos and they turned out just as amazing if not more! She took over 300 photos for us and we got them back within 3 days which is unheard of!! I love them all! Wendy is very professional and helps awkward couples(like us) become super models who know how to pose and act natural to get more candid/natural posing photos.
