What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the journey that my clients invite me into which includes the ups and the downs and everything in-between. I enjoy that together we figure it out. I enjoy seeing the smile that wasn’t there the weeks before, the confidence that once was lacking, and the hope that appears when there was a time there was little to none.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being in private practice allows you flexibility and the ability to create your vision.

As a licensed therapist with 15+ years of experience I have learned that everyone can benefit from having a trained therapist to be there to support, to guide, to challenge, and to celebrate with you.

Sessions are about 50 minutes long either in-person in my office or outdoors, or online. I accept most insurances and EAPs
