Why should our clients choose you?
I have many years of leadership and management experience, most recently as the Superintendent and Co-CEO of a network of charter schools in Brooklyn, leading over 350 staff members across 8 schools serving 2000 students. I've personally navigated complex leadership challenges and have learned so much that I am eager to share with others. I am able to help my clients navigate transitions, attain promotions and excel in their roles.
Leadership Coaching
Coaching engagements begin with goal setting based on the Client's desired outcomes. Coaching meetings happen every 2 weeks for 45-55 minutes over Zoom. 3, 6 and 12 month packages available at a discounted rate. Packages include additional touch points as needed in between coaching calls.
