How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Every client is different. I need to talk to each client one on one to help discuess their personal fitness goals and abilities. After our conversation I will be able create a fully custom training program for the client. I do not give cookie cutter programs.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. The answer is consistency. I will help you to develop the healthly habits to stay fit by yourself. Nobody should have to rely on a personal trainer thier whole life.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Online era, I used to run a franchise but then I realized everything can be done solo. This also helps me reach out to more people rather than just in my local area.

Custom Program
I will write you a custom 8-12 week program based on your goals. Programs can be written via excel or you can have them on my mobile training app.
In-Person or Online Personal Training
If you are within my area I will visit your gym and train you for your 1st session free. If you want to continue with my service we can discuss rates since everyone's need are different.
Nutrition
I can write a custom meal plan based on the clients goals. It can be as detailed as needed.
