I just want to share my experience with MaidPro, and let me tell you, I don't usually write reviews, but when something is outstanding, you just have to. I had a great experience with this company. They know how to follow instructions, are very detailed, and my studio came out as expected. It was flawless when I got home. They are very professional, and efficient. I wanted to share with you my experience with MaidPro.

As a full time worker and a full time student in healthcare, I am always running around. I have a very hairy dog who constantly sheds (an adorable hairy husky) so I feel like I am always cleaning... even after I just finished cleaning.

Feeling overwhelmed, I decided to give MaidPro a try because of their great reviews. I was a little nervous because it was very easy to set up and it felt like a “too good to be true” kind of thing. Christian was extremely helpful and made it incredibly easy on my part. I gave him instructions regarding how certain things had to be clean a certain way and how a few things should not be moved.

Coming home to a clean house after an extremely stressful day is one of the best things an adult can ask for. That is how I felt after I came home to their service. I am also a very detail oriented individual and get ticked off easily when instructions aren’t followed. That was not the case with MaidPro. My specific instructions as well as my preferences were followed. I also enjoyed the little accents that were left (tissues folded into little flowers, towels folded neatly and beautifully).

This was a great first impression and I am glad I decided to ask MaidPro for help. More...

So i dont always write reviews but im pretty happy about hiring Maidpro for the first time. Im a mom that works all day and i dont always have time to do some nice deep vleaning, so i got referred by a friend that also loves there work. The cleaners arrived promptly and began working very thoroughly and detailed, my house was spotless and smelled amazing! Also was very organized the way i like it. I'm impressed with MaidPro's service. First of all, they are responsive on call and email. Talking about the service, the maid was on time. She was friendly and started the work as soon as she got access to the apartment. All the washrooms, mirrors were disinfected and cleaned with intense care. The beds were well done, each wooden rack, wardrobes were cleaned. The hall, curtains were cleaned. The carpet was vacumed including all the edges.
In Kitchen, the stove got cleaned and cookwares washed. The sinks were cleaned after that. Thank you MaidPro! More...

MaidPro has come to my home to clean three times now and the last two times Lidia has come and done an excellent job of cleaning our home. I suffer from fibromyalgia, have a husband who works full time, two teenage kids and i work half time. I often have very little motivation and energy to clean house when I am at home. Recently moved and needed a new service. I've use cleaning services for years and have had to sort through all kinds of difficulties. NOT SO WITH MAIDPRO! Their office is so responsive - every question answered and they really do work with you to accommodate specific preferences. My cleaner Areli is awesome! I've had various construction going on and she just works around them, cleaning any dust they've left. When she wasn't available due to my schedule, the alternate lady was very good, too.
