I have known Chris Givler for years, and am currently his supervisor, a necessary activity for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. I do not always recommend my supervisees, but Chris is a cut above the rest. He is an amazing therapist, compassionate and professional. I especially appreciate his ability to see what's not working, and to skillfully find ways to help clients improve their lives and relationships. Chris is a wonderful relationship counselor. He is unbiased and it is very clear he is an expert in his field. My girlfriend and I walked in there with so much tension it was like a scene from Scooby-Doo when he cuts a donut out of the fog. Chris breaks up that tension and is a fantastic mediator. He also kept things simple while giving us the tools and knowledge to enhance our communication, manage and understand our reactions, and build a stronger connection with one another.Thanks to Chris, our relationship is stronger than ever and my girlfriend is slowly but surely beginning to trust me after I broke her trust.
