CHR Design & Build

We recently finished a remodel of our home and could not be happier with the finished project. We needed more space upstairs to fit our family. We added a full rear dormer, a double dormer in the front and a new roof along with siding. CHR Design & Build was recommended to us by our architect. CHR is very reliable, extremely knowledgeable, kind and easy to work with. Maria & Christopher met with us often and were both extremely helpful and both excellent communicators. Both are very patient and took time to listen to what we wanted and they made our house better than we expected. Christopher even saved my dog from getting hit by a car as she wandered out the gate that we had left open. Maria did an incredible job of handling everything for us from the electric company (moved electric from above to below ground) to permits to managing the entire project including all permits They even took time to get to know our little kids! Their workers were diligent, on time and respectful and very good at what they do. They work quickly and efficiently. Take a look at our before and after photos.
