Fantastic local place for pizza, house smoked meats and great craft beer! Brisket pizza was amazing with smoked cheddar, house BBQ sauce, cherry peppers and of coures the smoky brisket - delicious! Salads were excellent too and service was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Can't wait to go back and try more off of the menu...every dish going by our table looked great! Large diverse menu, however long wait for food, hard to track down waitress. Chocolate Chip cookie dessert was missing the toppings described on the menu. Very noisy, difficult to have a conversation. If the outside dining area was larger and more inviting with table top fire pits, would probably prefer to eat outside. Not only is the food phenomenal but the staff is great! My granddaughter‘s 16th birthday party was yesterday on Cape Cod. It was my wife’s intention to make all of the food for the party . Last Sunday however my father-in-law passed away. My wife was dealing with this loss and trying to figure out how she was going to get the food done for the party. She contacted barbecue places here on Cape and not one returned her phone call. Our daughter has a home in Clinton Connecticut and said to try Chow! From the first contact with Alexis taking her phone number and information to speaking with Jill who helped to arrange to have all of the food ready to be picked up by our daughter everything went smoothly and the food was amazing. That is the definition of customer service. They returned phone calls they made sure my wife was able to deal with her fathers wake and funeral without worrying about the food for the party and we cannot say enough good things about them. Can’t wait to go in and have dinner there while visiting our daughter soon. More...

First time here for late lunch/early dinner.You can smell the sweetness of BBQ in the parking lot as you head to the door ! I was immediately impressed with how welcoming and comfortable the atmosphere is inside. It's small with only 10 or so tables and seating at a bar that pretty much runs the length of the place.Service is great.The food is creative and delicious!!Pastry wrapped burnt ends.... where have these been all my life!!!!Crispy brussel sprouts were really tasty.The meats are well prepared and they've got their spice rubs and smoking recipes locked down for great flavors. We’ve eaten here a few times now and it never disappoints. I got the lettuce wrapped shrimp tacos and my husband got the sampler tacos in a tortilla with Mac n cheese and brisket. All was DELICIOUS!! We picked this restaurant en route to a location we frequent. We went in looking for a salad, but once we stepped through the door, we realized we had much better choices. The sweet smells of charcoal, meat, and grease were just amazing. We started by ordering the meatballs, which were served bacon wrapped. The balance of spices and meats made this appetizer great. I was sorry, I did not order the devil eggs and or the burnt ends. Next time, I will order them all.For our main course we have the cubano sandwich which was filled with pulled pork and prosciutto ham. Only thing I would say, that it was a bit heavy on the country mustard. Check that before you order. But this was a minor issue, as I ate my Cubano sandwich, the fries and downed two diet cokes for balance. We dropped in Sunday July 7 while we were heading home from the beach. It was an accidental find on our part. My husband had the onion soup, I took a small taste. It was a a crazy unique flavor - I have never had anything like it. He followed up with the Brussel sprouts which I'm sad to say I didn't get to try. They looked amazing though. I rounded out my meal with the Holy Cow. I love a good burger! The ground meat combo they use to make the burgers coupled with the flavours of the toppings made me drool. I wish this place wasn't so far from home, I'll have to get down that way again soon.I liked the atmosphere. We got there just before the dinner rush. The staff was friendly, atmosphere was inviting... people were having a good time and enjoying there food. For those of us passing through from northern CT/Western mass, this is a great place to stop on our way to or from the coast. It was a small-ish place that the two us decided to go to after a day at the outlets. We were pleasantly surprised by the food! We got the heart attack pizza (or something like that, lots of meat on it) and the brisket sandwich. Both were very good and we had plenty to take home. The pizza included brisket as a topping, but I would say it didn't add anything to the overall flavor or the pizza and was pretty dry from the oven. They could have left that off and it would've been just as good. But to say the brisket was bad is completely off point. The brisket sandwich was delicious. Really thick cuts of meat on nice bread served with good fries. We asked for mayo on the side and even THAT was good - it definitely wasn't your every day mayonnaise. Great food at reasonable prices for what you get. Maybe a tad expensive for some options, but it's possible to get out of there for around $15 per person with sodas. More...

Chow is absolutely amazing. They just catered our backyard wedding in June for 150+ people and we couldn’t have asked for better food or service! We received so many compliments on the bbq buffet - literally every dish was amazing. We had pulled pork and brisket that people could eat by itself or make tacos or sliders with. They made delicious mac and cheese, pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw, and arugula salad with craisins, walnuts and goat cheese. Literally everything was amazing and I’m pretty sure every guest went back for seconds. The Chow staff were also spectacular - they set up everything nicely, kept the whole buffet replenished, and were very professional throughout the evening. Two things that really stand out in my mind - they made up heaping plates for my husband and I so we could have a chance to sample everything when we had a free second (it’s true what they say - your wedding day flies by in a blur!!). The second thing that really stood out to me was that the Chow staff packaged up all of the leftovers and organized them in our fridge. They even put the meat in our oven in case anyone wanted leftovers later in the evening. Now that is what I call amazing service and anticipating customers’ needs!
