How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
For every type of goal, we start with foundations. Setting a good foundation whether you've been training for 5 years or your first time, the goal is to create a starting point that is challenging yet acheivable. As we progress, I start to challenge my clients not only physically but mentally incorporating more complex movements.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Dedication, nutrition and understanding your body type. A lot of social media has skewed what people to believe is the dream body. The dream body is your own body, not someone else's.
What do you love most about your job?
Having the ability to encourage someone to do something they never thought possible. I love being able to connect with people and learn from their life experiences while giving them a quality session.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for 24hr fitness, I really disliked how sales forward and driven the managers were. I didn't like how I was forced to make a sale instead of connecting with people and understanding their why's in life. That oushed me into going private and reaching out to people who wanted to train rather forcing people.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me beacause I take a different approach to training. I have a variety of skills from working with a vulnerable clientele. When I first started training clients, I worked with stroke patients who had a desire to get back to normal. Our workouts had to be creative to prevent them from injuring themselves but also receive the benefits from the workout. From there, with all my clients, I learned to think outside the box when it comes to training.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For anyone who has concerns about Covid, I have been vaccinated but am willing to wear a mask for those who are not comfortable.
