I came here on a friday night and had am excellent experience. I've never seen a salad made with so much attention and care. Every ingredient was diced up so nicely, lettuce and all. The salads were made and brought to our table within a couple minutes of turning in our orders. Being on a diet, I didn't try any of the breads or anything but everything I saw being brought out of there by waiters looked excellent. Prices were good. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Five stars guys. I go here when I am at my absolute lowest for nourishment. Trust me I'm a college kid and I know it's a little expensive but I think this is genuinely the only place where I get vegetables. The concept is really great: build your own salad. We order from this place frequently and never have had a bad experience. They always are quick with orders, even at lunch time during the rush. Our go-to for salads. Each member of the family can get exactly what they want...which is truly not possible most everywhere else! Awesome sandwich and salad restaurant. I had the panini turkey club with avocado was perfect. The half if plenty if you don't want a heavy meal which come with delicious chips or applesauce I believe. Healthy and yummy. We had the avocado club panini and the euro grains bowl. Both were more than enough for lunch and both were very fresh. You can watch them make your food, but it is obviously made to order. Someone was cleaning tables so there were always open spots to sit. Prices are comparable to Sauce- around $10 a dish. Good spot! I love salads and I hate how limited my options usually are. Cue choice greens. Their extensive menu provides endless options and substitutions that are perfect even for picky eaters. My salad was delicious (kale harvest) which kaled my tastebuds in the best way. My fiancé really enjoyed his sandwich that he was able to turn into a panini. But the Mac and cheese...this Mac and cheese was on a whole other level of YUM! My fiancé got it with peppered bacon and broccoli which was amazing, but what I loved the most was how REAL it tasted. Soup and salad fast casual place. Very happy with the ingredient quality. Fairly large assortment of fresh veg and salad greens, and maintaining that much assortment has a cost associated with it, so I don't think the pricing is out of line, as other reviews have indicated.
