I have been meaning to put in my review for Chita's Floral Designs for weeks! I give them 5 stars all the way!  This is the best place for flowers in this area!  Chita was very prompt in responding all my questions via text. Made the whole ordering process so easy!They have very good quality flowers and the arrangements came out perfect! I will definitely be using them again. Called them to get some Wedding Anniversary flowers made and I told them to feel free to decorate however they feel is best and when I picked them up they were absolutely beautiful. My wife is going to love them.

I ordered an arrangement for a coworker who had surgery. After I submitted the order online I received a call very quickly letting me now they would not be available on my requested delivery day due to a preplanned closure. I was thinking: "oh no, I have to look for another florist and another arrangement, this sucks", but no - Chita's was great. They worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure this arrangement arrived in perfect condition on the scheduled day even with a room assignment delay at the hospital, that Chita's communicated to me. I really like the work they do here, and they are pretty helpful and accommodating. I have ordered a couple of mother's day bouquets for delivery, which arrived at the time specified and looked great, and I stopped in for a quick gift bouquet which was also beautiful. There wasn't as much of a selection that day because it was last minute and they were gathering things together for a wedding, but I found something lovely. One more very positive review for Chita's!  I googled flower shops in my area and chose Chita's hoping for the best.  I needed a large flower arrangement for a Celebration of Life for my sister-in-law who passed away.  I explained that I didn't need a wreath or spray that definitely looked like something you see at funerals.  Instead I wanted a vase of beautiful bright, cheery flowers that would remind everyone of the beautiful, bright cheerful woman my sister-in-law was.  I could have ordered online, but wanted to check out the shop since I had never been there before.  It was the day before Valentines Day and when I walked in, I was almost dumbstruck with the many, many beautiful arrangements.   I knew I had come to the right place when I saw all the gorgeous floral designs.  I had my two year old grandson with me who had fallen asleep on my shoulder.  Rather than trying to manage getting my credit card out of my purse and hold the baby at the same time, Chita suggested that I could just call in the number when I returned home.  That was very thoughtful of her and much appreciated by me!  The flowers were delivered to the church exactly at the time we had arranged.  They were just stunning and perfect for the ceremony.  I am attaching a photo, and keep in mind that I just took this photo a day and a half after the celebration, and the arrangement has been moved from the church to the reception hall, and then in my car to my home.  On the way home, the arrangement tipped over and one of the Gebera daisies got a little twisted (my fault), and still it looks this beautiful!!  Five stars for Chita's!!! I was looking for a good flower delivery service/shop to make a delivery for me. From research I've seen that people using other online flower delivery services come out very disappointed because from the picture they see online is nothing near to what they actually end up getting. I needed this delivery to be perfect and delivered on time, and sure enough using Chita's Floral Designs, it was the best place I could have picked. I explained to her about my concerns in store and she explained to me that the flowers are never left in heated cars and are always kept fresh from leaving the store to arriving to their destination and they will arrive on time and what you order online is what you will get. I have to say I am extremely satisfied with her service, the flowers were beautiful and I will definitely be using her services from now on and I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to surprise someone with beautiful and amazing flowers. I honestly do not even know where to begin. Chita has always come through for me for all occasions but this one was a very special one. Chita did me the honor of helping my baby sister bring her wedding vision to life. From every picture we showed her, to the countess communication between us we had absolutely no stress in knowing this vision would soon become a reality. I was beyond speechless on the day of the wedding. The arrangements were fresh, vibrant, full of beauty. Oh Lord dont get me started on my sisters bridal bouquet. It was like no other anyone has ever seen! So many compliments were given. I am so glad that I snag your business cards to hand out that day Chita. Everyone was asking where we ordered the arrangements. Let me tell you, the center pieces lasted for almost 2 weeks after the wedding! Yes girl, 2 weeks! You never seem to amaze me Chita. A big thank you to Sergio and your staff as well. Oh and since her bouquet was to beautiful to toss out, I shadow boxed it along with my brother in laws boutineer.
