Here at Chin’s BBQ we offer wood smoked bbq that we cook in our custom offset smoker. We are set up for on or off site cooking. We specialize in Brisket, Ribs, Tri-Tip, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Chicken. We also offer great side dishes. Let us know if you have any questions.

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature meat is our competition style St.Luis ribs. We cook these in our offset custom smoker. They are well seasoned and finish with brown sugar, honey, and Tillamook butter before adding a light coat of bbq sauce. For our side dish it has to be our pasta salad for the cool side and our signature brisket beans for the warm side. All our meats and sides are really good.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We’ve been cooking bbq for a long time. We competed at competitions and sold bbq pop ups for years and decided to get into the catering business.

We follow all health department standards. Our customers safety is very important.
Work party catering
We offer our services for any size party. We’ll work with you to select meats and sides that your employees will enjoy.
On-site cooking
We do offer onsite cooking for that unique experience. Seeing the process up close. From managing the fire to prepping meats and getting everything ready for your event. Your guest will enjoy this.
Self serve catering
We offer self serve catering. We’ll help you select menu items that will be ready for you to pick up. (usually for smaller parties) We can always deliver if needed.
Full service catering
We offer full service catering. We will help you select a menu. Cook and deliver with warmers to keep everything warm and also keep items cool if needed. We will serve your guest and also clean up the food serving area. We can cook on site for a additional fee. Ask for details.
