Ordered on the app like usual but the owner argued with me about how I ordered it through the app and ended up making me pay twice for my food. He told me to request a refund for the app order but since I had already said “I’m here”, it wasn’t an option. If I hadn’t had my husband’s card on me, he would have made me come back the next day to pay the extra $2 for the substitution I had requested, even though I was visiting at my parents’ place a half hour out of town.... employees are great but owner is not professional at all.
