I gave this fast food restaurant five stars because it is just that. The service is awesome they could not be more attentive and plesent. The service is real quick. However if the line is long and you are kept waiting longer sometimes they will give you some free stuff as a thank you for waiting. If they mess up your order which is a rarity they will do whatever they can to make it right and keep there customer happy. They are always so nice every time I come get food. However my favorite time is breakfast time...the bowls and burritos are always perfect! ! Once or twice my order has been messed up but when I called they apologized and sent me gift cards in the mail. Only down side to that is they sometimes take a long time to get here!! Amazing staff! We came as a bus of over 60 school-aged kids and parents. While we were ordering it began to storm. A sweet kind lady brought out an umberella and walked several of us to the bus a few at a time. Thank you!

I think almost every one of the stores suffers from poor site design, They get so crowded that sometimes you can neither get out nor get in.
