Strong 4 star experience this morning. The line way wrapped around the building and was a bit depressing to see that. However, to my astonishment, the line went by really fast. We were in line for about 10 minutes in total. Super fast service and cars were quickly in and out. Got the chicken egg and cheese biscuit with strawberry jelly. 12/13/19Thank ever so much Tommy (A customer) and Anna (A manager) for helping me out of a embarrassing and annoying situation. A hundred percent of it was off a stupid mistake I made, but they helped me out nonetheless. So what happened you might ask or wonder? It very simple. I took my primary check card out of my wallet for something and forgot to put it back in. Off the top of my head can't remember where I placed my check card so it is lost right now. Tommy who was a customer was standing behind me when I was talking to the manager named Anna and he overheard what my situation was. Anna knew me a regular there and gave me the food and knew I would pay them back. I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD. Tommy the customer said "Don't worry I'll take care of the bill. I don't want you to have to make a return trip." I thanked Tommy even though my mind and body language was in awe. I don't know if I will see thing guy again, but he reminded me of Deputy Rick Cologne from the 1986 Friday The 13th Part Six. Thoughts of paying back this man did occur, but I think he would rather I pay this generosity forwards to someone else. This is not the first time I have been stuck in a situation like this before. Someone else helped me out than too. I have also seen other people in situations where they in a financial bond at the moment and I stepped into help them out. Good karma does go around and I am sure an opportunity will appear when I can pay it forward to someone else this month or next.The way I see it since Anna and Tommy helped me, I will need two random acts of good deeds. This Chick Fil A never disappoints. If anyone could model how running a business should be, it would be them. I work next door and see daily how extremely busy this Chick Fil A gets but they get people in and out and through the drive thru so incredibly fast while maintaining such a bright, positive attitude. The staff is always friendly, especially Mrs. Diana. She is always so kind when i come in. This place is how we do Disney Springs on a budget. It's a great location, right off the interstate just down from the lime garage. If you try to eat in Disney Springs, then you better be prepared to drop some money and stand in line forever. Don't misunderstand, I love some of the food in Disney Springs, but I have little kids.
