My son had an assignment in his class where they picked their favorite restaurant and had to rate it in a book! Then when they finished, they had to take the book to their favorite restaurant and read it to the manager. Conan read it proudly and was in return given a free meal and a chick-fil-A COW! He was ecstatic. I was very disappointed in my experience the other night. I ordered 2 salads and a chicken combo. One salad ordered without egg that came with egg. That wasn’t the upsetting part. I sat there for a very long time as I watched other vehicles get their food next to me and also behind me. Not one person came up to my vehicle and explained what was going on or happening. More...

Their solution to messing up a salad order for a vegetarian is to take the salad back, physically take the chicken off, give the same contaminated salad back, and give the chicken back. .. Usually it's a pretty good visit. But they always have the same issue with getting a chicken less salad order together.
