Yes, Sessions can be done online through Zoom with additional support between call through the app Voxer if needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Sessions are all done online so my clients are in their own homes or a safe space of their choosing for sessions

I help you overcome fears so that you can create the life you really want. I guide you back closer to your truth and intuition so that you can begin living the life you desire.
I will guide you through different embodiment practices so that you can begin to create a felt sense of safety within your body and create a more intimate relationship and closer connection to yourself.
My belief in coaching is that I am your guide and you are your healer. You have the answers within you, I am there to help you see that.
Transformational Breathwork Journeys
Breathwork is a guided three-part active meditation where you will let go of stress as well as “stuck” mindsets and emotions that are holding you back. This transformational practice will get you out of your own head and connected to your body, your creativity, and a deeper sense of self. You’ll leave feeling more peaceful, clear, and grounded.
