Had an event / slash meeting here with my fellow Veterans. They had a pretty big party / private room (that’s what I call it). This place is pretty big, there are lots of seating. There’s plenty of street parking but some you have to pay meter parking. The ambiance inside is really nice, sort of dim lighted and industrial inside. Very modern look. The service we received was pretty awesome. The servers were very attentive, they kept the food table full with drinks and Pizza. The pizza - they had thin crust and deep dishes. They had sausage, vegetarian, pepperoni and more. After we had pizza the servers came out with some warm chocolate chip cookies. It was so soft and filled with morsels. Chicago Fire has improved quiet a bit over the past two years, in my view. Their pizza is now almost on oar with Zelda's, which from me is high praise. Their pricing also seems more reasonable now. The one remaining soft spot is service. I don't know what it is, but the employees always give off the vibe that helping you is not all that important to them. First and best time having Chicago style pizza---so so delicious! The waiter was super friendly and great at recommending the perfect size pizza. He checked on us often and made sure our dinner was perfect. Very nice dining room, perfectly clean restrooms and nice decor. Came on a Friday night and it was packed. All parking was filled to the rim. I walked about three blocks to find a space and I got lucky too. I had a group of friends and we reserved a table. We had to yell a little bit to get heard. Food was pretty good. Anything deep dish (pizza, dessert) has about a 45 minute wait off the bat. They let you know that ahead of time. This is a proper sit down and wait for food restaurant. Twice as long if it's busy. Wasn't too bad because we came there mostly to chat anyways. Chicago Fire catered a networking lunch for 30 people at our office this week. They did an amazing job. The food was delicious, of course.
The team delivered & setup the buffet table and took the time to make it look great. They helped me build the menu and we had the perfect amount, always hard for big groups.
Thank you for making my event a success! I am still getting compliments. :)

Midtown location is amazing. I love pizza and took my family here, they were expecting a regular pizza joint but it seriously blew them away.
Everything on the menu is great. I love the fried artichokes and the Buffalo chicken deep dish is my go to every time, though I get the great Chicago fire deep dish whenever I take somebody new.
Crust is great, almost like a flakey thin biscuit, toppings are generous, and the sauce is fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Must be under new management. Bar area was full, so we were told we could not order from the Happy Hour menu. Two awesome waitresses checked with the manager and convinced him/her to allow us to. I hosted an event here last night, as part of a bigger corporate scavenger hunt.
Porsche (part of the management team) and Paige (the server who took care of us) were wonderful and accommodating - and the food was delicious!
! I ended up going a tad over my budget, but I should've kept a closer eye on that.
I was happy to leave just barely overspending, and with leftovers for days!! I only wish I lived closer; it's a long drive from SJ �

The food was delicious! The server was great, even going so far as to inform us that all of their salads would be served with a romaine substitute due to the romaine recall.
