I ordered delivery from here through GrubHub and I just finished eating. I only got a light lunch today but I'll order again soon as there are a lot of items on their menu that I'd like to try. Today I enjoyed my meal very much. I had the veggie samosas, lentil soup, a mango lassie and kheer for desert. It was all absolutely delicious. I don't eat a lot of spice food and found the samosas to be quite spicy. However, a friend who does eat a lot of very spicy food took a few bites and thought they were only mildly spicy. Despite disagreeing on how spicy they were we both thought the samosas were very tasty and would order them again. I'm still nibbles on my desert. The Kheer is delicious and I ,ordered a couple extra servings since I absolutely love rice pudding in all of its varieties and it keeps well as long as I put it in the fridge. To sum up - I'll definitely order from here again soon and I may visit the restaurant for lunch to sample the buffet as there are a lot of dishes on their menu that I'd like to try. More...

Great food in a not so busy part of the city. Right next to a park. Though the buffet was bit pricier than usual at about $16 with taxes, the food was impeccable. The rice in particular were very good as was the sweet dish. The people working there are nice and the owner is Nepalese. Food is primarily Indian though. I would recommend eating here. More...

I love Nepali food and it appeared in plenty in this buffet lunch menu. Sadly no chicken momos! But lots of well presented and tasty Indian and Nepali items on this large display. I think I had a little bit of everything and it was great. Even the papadums were puffed spiced ones - not the flat plain discs. I liked the addition of the Bombay poori too. Love Indian street food. This was a wonderful place for a first date. We were well taken care off and the staff were kind and attentive. The food was delicious. We did catering from Curry house for about 28 people. It included Samosa, onion bhaji, Naan, Kadai chicken, Malai Kofta, Dal fry, Saffron rice and Gajar Halwa. We ordered small trays of each but still there was plenty full quantity of food left even after 2nd servings. Each item was really good and tasted fresh and authentic. Food delivery was also on time. They even gave us complimentary papad. Many of our friends didn’t knew about this restaurant and were surprised to find the authentic and great taste of each food item. We are grateful to them for making our party a great success. Thanks to Bala their manager who was always available for questions, suggestions on menu/catering and really humble. I came to know about this fine dining from the Nepalese person standing at the Michigan & Washington while we were waiting for our bus from 10 minutes. I must say this is the place for the food delicacies which will stand more than expectations for your taste buds. Enjoyed veg momos with chilly sauce and mix pakoras with tamarind and mint sauce.For dinner, they have huge quanity for a dish, please order accordingly. We were on our way to Devon Avenue from the south side for Indian food. On the way we decided to Google vegetarian Indian Buffets. A few places popped up, but LUCKILY we chose Chicago Curry House. This is my second time. First time we went for dinner and ordered several dishes. Everyone was happy with the food. Portion size is little bit small. Momo was great and also butter chicken. Second time we went for lunch buffet. There were lot of items. Pakora was the best I ate so far. Saffron rice was mouthwatering. I don't whether this is real indian food or not. They might have the. best naan in the city. Their Korma is pretty spicy but in a great way. So many solid, authentic flavors, and very vegan/vegetarian friendly

Excellent food and service. Portions are big and reasonably priced. It was highly recommend on Open Table as well as Yelp and I see why.  The only disappointment was the Masala sauce was too much tomato and on the sweet side. Other dishes were good. Great food! I've only ever ordered out but I just moved to the South Loop 6 weeks ago and have ordered from here 3 times. My favorite is the butter chicken with a side of naan . Also, it's enough food for two meals! It's my favorite Indian food by far! They have great authentic Indian food. We had the mixed pakoras and samosas for appetizers which were delicious with the chutneys! For mains we had malai kofta with keema naan and garlic naan.. the naans were the best, highly recommend them. The service was amazing too. They serve complimentary papads as well. Came here on a whim and so glad I did.  The Chicken Momo is delicious! It's like xlb (Chinese soup dumplings) but with a bomb. com dipping sauce.   Every entree I've ever gotten there have been great, and I'm so glad they do delivery as well for when I'm not in the area.  Their naan is also nice and chewy.  I really liked this sweet naan they have that's not on their online/delivery menu. Plenty of on site free parking. Interior was very well decorated and transports you to another place. Great service! So, even though our food was slow and we were slow to be served, I still give this place a 4/5.
