Chef Juan and Judith, I wish you could hear all the MANY comments and compliments we have gotten (and are still getting) regarding the cocktail hour food catered by Chez Montier at our daughter’s wedding! Everyone LOVED the food and thought everything was so beautiful!! Even our most discerning guests, who are rarely complimentary, were RAVING about how they had never seen such beautiful hors d’oeuvres and they marveled at the fact that the hors d’oeuvres were not only beautiful but, they were ALL absolutely delicious!! Additionally, several guests made a point of telling me how courteous and accommodating your team was. We could not have been more pleased with the way it all went! Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated your willingness, and your ability, to “fill our needs” on such short notice. I was lucky enough to have a multi-course dinner prepared in my home by Chez Montier - it was delicious! I'm gluten-free so I'm always worried that my dietary restrictions will negatively impact the meal; however; Chef Juan put together a menu that we could all enjoy.
