I’ve been working with them since day one! The first place I looked for a wedding dress and then went back to get my perfect one! All of the ladies that I’ve worked with are the sweetest and extremely attentive. They have taken great care of me and have even been patient with my alteration requests! If I had to do this all over again, I would choose Chez Lilli, hands down! They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. They’ve worked with me and my dress pretty much up until the last minute (with my wedding being two weeks away). I’ve loved this store and the girls that work there so much that I even brought my mother back to look for her dress for my wedding... And, guess what? WE FOUND ONE! They repaired a minor loose stitch near the zipper, no questions asked. And, my mom got to take it home shortly thereafter. Went here on a whim looking for a color for my bridesmaids dresses. I had no luck finding it anywhere else and they had it here! Angelia was fabulous she easily pulled the exact color I was looking for and showed me a whole book of options! We also talked about a horrible previous bridal experience I had at another store and she persuaded me into trying on a few of their dresses. She pulled 4 and wouldn't you know that one of those 4 dresses turned out to be my dress! I have always heard wonderful things about Chez Lilli, so I decided to make that bridal shop my first stop to look for my wedding dress. Needless to say, that was the only place I went. From day one, the staff treated me like a princess. I explained what I was looking for in a dress and Mrs. Elaine stepped up to the plate and found the PERFECT dress for me. Because my dress was so unique, there were plenty of road blocks along the way. The staff made sure though, that my dress was absolutely perfect before my wedding day. I live in the New Orleans area and had to travel down there for my fittings (I had a total of 5 final fittings because of my dress). The staff there was so flexible that they even opened early for me one day because I had to travel for a certain time. I would recommend Chez Lilli to any and everyone. They are an awesome team! I am from the area and went to New Orleans first to try to find my wedding dress. Every shop I visited in NOLA was sort of snotty and only had the high end gowns in tiny sizes. I finally settled on Chez Lilly one weekday afternoon with my mom and I fell in love with my dress there. Ms Elaine at CL was so helpful and sweet. She remembered me by name when I went back in and knew exactly what dress to bring for me to try on when I brought my friends and BM's to show the dress to. Great service! I came in here with my daughter looking to get her wedding dresses, etc. taken care of. The staff was very knowledgeable, were quick, and the service was very polite. Aside from getting my daughter's wedding dress here, we are also ordering the bride's maid dresses and the wedding invitations. I've been dreading having to go to many different shops trying to find one that will more or less please my daughter, but with Chez Lilli they took care of everything right away.
