We have had Chet's service for over 4 yrs now. It started when my young son was playing ball in the house an hit a door frame. Only to reveal under the paint termite eaten wood. They came out that day! Their customer service is outstanding. Since then we have had our bi monthly pest control service with them. As if buying a new home isn't terrifying enough, to see a roach is worse! At my prior home, we used Truly Nolan...however never really noticed a difference, even after years of paying for service, sometimes even double for nothing. Decided this time to contact Chet's Pest Control for a quote and was lucky enough to meet Eduardo. He came, did the walk around and told me this was not as horrible as I thought, but did assure me it he would make sure I wouldn't see any more. To date, I've been with Chet's for THREE months and, true to his word, THERE ARE NO MORE! I have the service now for maintenance now and peace of mind, but Eduardo delivered on his promise! Their customer service calls every month to schedule the upcoming appointment, they call the day before and send a reminder email. I am on satisfied customer!! Here’s what happens when you call our office to serve you.
When our phones ring, we realize you have a situation you want taken care of. We never act as though you’re interrupting our work, like some companies do.
We all know a client’s first impression with a new company starts with the very first contact, which is why you’ll always hear a friendly, happy, live person answering your calls.
You’ll never have to push “one for this”, “two for that” or “three for whatever” for a situation you need resolved. I personally hate going through that nonsense when I call places, and I’m sure you do too.
After a while you’ll feel like you’re calling a good friend, as we know most of our clients on a first-name basis. A lot of our clients use multiple services and have been served by the same team for over ten years, some even from the very beginning of Chet’s Pest over 30 years ago.
We always give you a reminder call for each appointment and follow up to make sure you’re thrilled with your service. If not, we do what it takes to make you happy.

Unfortunately, we can not kill bugs remotely. Would be nice, but haven't figured that out...yet :).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

That’s why I want to share an update on the actions our staff is making to keep you and our team members safe amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.
We take health and safety incredibly serious at Chet’s Termite & Pest Management, Inc and are giving our team members facts about COVID-19 and reminding them to follow simple, but effective steps to keep them safe, in the office and in the field.
Our office staff has been busy disinfecting every inch of our building including door handles, filing cabinets, bathrooms, storage rooms and any other commonly touched services on a daily basis.
Our field technicians are fully equipped with all the necessary safety equipment needed including gloves, hand soap, and as much hand sanitizer as we could manage to find. We have instructed them to wash their hands diligently after each customer interaction and they are also practicing disinfecting treatments on their vehicles on a daily basis.
At this time, our staff is healthy, safety-trained and here to serve you. However, we have instructed our team members to take any signs of an illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.
Should there be any restrictions or limitations on our services to help contain the spread of the virus, our team will contact you via phone or email with any updates.
