I can’t thank Indiana and her team enough for everything she did to make our day amazing. She truly allowed both myself and my husband to be fully present and enjoy our wedding with our guests.
We are so grateful that we hired her as our Day of Coordinator. She was able to provide us advice and guidance on our day of timeline, vendor recommendations, and wedding décor. I was so nervous about the day running smoothly but Indiana and her team ensured me that they had everything under control, and they did. Everything was executed perfectly. She worked with all my vendors to ensure my vision came true and exceed by expectations.

Wedding Day 01/05/2019- Indiana and I met 8 months before our big day. From the minute we spoke on the phone and initial messages back and forth she was devoted to helping make my vision a reality. Indiana was more than just a wedding planner but a supportive, responsive and trustworthy friend during the process. She presented ideas and options and allowed me to pick and choose the details. She was very detail oriented in contract reading and worked seamlessly with other vendors we wanted to work with. Indiana was a blessing to have on the team for our wedding! She was always super responsive, happy to meet up in person when needed, and my wedding day ran SO SMOOTH because of her. She made the last few weeks so much easier for me with contacting vendors, creating a super detailed schedule, and making sure every single one of my requests was met. I was a little anxious because I did not have a rehearsal the night before, so we just kind of winged the ceremony, but she made sure everyone knew exactly what to do, where to sit, when to walk, everything. She had zero issue with helping with setting up the decorations and arrangements, and she was soooo sweet to help us clean up afterwards as well. I can't imagine not having her there! My wedding was so perfect (like a dream!) and I attribute a huge part of that to her keeping all the vendors on track and everything so organized. It was huge RELIEF! A life saver Wedding Day 11/17/2018I had fired my old wedding planner because it started to feel like it was not my own wedding but her own wedding. Indiana came to the rescue. Not only she saved me from things the prior planner had ordered/added without my authorization. She understood my vision and thought outside the box. Not once she said to me this is tacky, eeeww, etc.. The professionalism I obtained from her it's unspeakable. I truly recommend her and not to mention that the first time we talked on the phone I kept her on for more than 4 hours. Always available via text, phone or in person. If not, she'll notify you either way. The florist I had originally was charging me an arm and a leg and here Indiana came and found me someone much more in my price range. OH WAIT!! The photographer OMG!! The one she found last minute... attention to detail. Indiana was my life saver and to know that I almost didn't have a wedding because my now husband's brother passed away unexpectedly 3 months to the wedding. She was not hired to be a shoulder or an ear but became a very special friend to us. All I can say is she's awesome, has best interest at heart for you, will never ever stir you wrong. If you’re looking for a day of coordinator that is professional, detail oriented and just all around great at what they do, then Indiana is the way to go and the person to hire! !! Initially I was going go through the wedding process by myself and was going to use only the on-site coordinator at my venue until I seen a post that was posted on her event page comparing the difference a day of coordinator and an on-site coordinator! I was sold on one comparison that was mentioned which was day of coordinator is for the bride and groom whereas an on-site coordinator is basically for the venue. From the moment she and I met at Starbucks, I felt as though I’ve known her for years! She is so humble, personable and truly has her bride and groom’s best interests at heart. No matter the time of day she was ALWAYS available for me whenever I had questions or even just to run some of my ideas by her! Not to mention, She helped me to find the perfect hotel for getting ready ( after I had visited about 5 on my own). She made sure that when I met with different vendors I was prepared with all the right questions to ask them! At no time during my wedding planning process did I feel alone because she was literally always a text or phone call away! On the day of our wedding, I knew that everything that she could control would be controlled! She knew what I wanted and ensured that all the vendors executed everything smoothly! And she did it with a smile EVERY TIME! Again she is truly for her bride and groom!! And will go toe to toe with any vendor to ensure they have it right! My entire family, my husband and my bridal party fell in love with both Indiana and her assistant Bre! They were so awesome! My husband and I got married September of 2018 and worked with Alison. It will be hard to put into words how amazing it was to work with her. We had an outdoor wedding with initially no infrastructure, on the Shenandoah River. All we had was a giant open hay field. Alison helped us create a wedding venue from scratch and knew just what vendors could make it happen and which ones could make it happen in the style we wanted. She was creative, efficient, organized, responsive, versatile, and helped us keep on time with decisions and tasks. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is so kind and caring. We thought the wedding planning process would be so much more stressful, but Alison took all that potential stress away. On the day of the wedding she seemed to be in twenty places at once and her team was just as great. Her game time decision making was amazing and not even rain could put a damper on the evening. We had to move our outdoor ceremony to under the tent, and it turned out so unique. We wove through a crowd of family and friends to the altar. It was incredibly cool and special. We would highly recommend Alison to any bride, groom, and family that wants to throw an awesome wedding and party. My brother and sister-in-law also worked with Alison on their wedding two years ago. Excellent wedding coordinator!! Would definitely recommend to those planning your wedding! They were extremely professional and personable, paid attention to detail to ensure that our special day was exactly how we pictured it! It rained on our wedding day which meant a lot of last minute changes needed to be made, but despite the last minute changes they ensured everything went smoothly and beautifully. I also needed help locating some outside vendors for our cake, florist, etc and they had excellent recommendations for that as well! Their experience and level of professionalism helped me relax during the stressful planning period leading up to the day, which helped me enjoy the whole experience that much more! We had the pleasure of having Indiana as our Coordinator for our wedding at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, this past Saturday. Indiana knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process.
