Home cleaning service
Thorough cleaning of the home such as floors and carpet cleaning, bathroom and all surfaces, windows and mirrors, dusting, washing dishes or operating dishwasher, and laundry, etc
Prices
The type of services you are requesting determines your cleaning fees for regular maintenance clean is 3 1/2 hrs it consists of kitchen, bathroom, laundry cleaning, cleaning of surfaces and floors. Deep clean would take more time than a maintenance clean it can take up to 6 or more hours it includes dusting, oven cleaning, refrigerator, walls, blinds, windows, ceiling fans or light fixtures, and baseboards. 37$ an hour is my going rate for my services at this time
Timing of cleaning services
A maintenance clean usually takes 3 1/2 hr to complete depending on the requests of the clients. Deep clean requires more time roughly around 6hrs of cleaning.
Cleaning Products
If the client has a preference for cleaning products used for their home that will not be an issue. If you can list the products you prefer I can purchase those products for my assignment.
Home cleaning
I am offering my services to clients with 3 or more bedroom homes at this time. As of now, I am not interested in building cleaning or contract cleaning different types of cleaning and also a different rate for these types of assignments
Traveling time
I live in San Antonio, TX my travel time is usually an hour that's roughly about 60 miles from SA I would be willing to travel a longer distance, and if so I would include travel fees if more than 60 miles. My going rate for travel time is 1.50 cents a mile after 60 miles if you live within the 60 miles there will be no travel change.
Window cleaning
window cleaning inside and out your rate will depend on the number of windows you would like cleaned the day of service
