The Mansion is city owned and rented out for events. Mansion is meticulously maintained and has some amazingly beautiful characteristics. The house sits on a large parcel of land that is home to some very large and beautiful trees and bushes and gardens with path ways leading to a fountain. Also a newer all glass hot house. I was the DJ at a wedding there recently. To make it better the bride was a friend. I've done a few other events for oprf there and the place is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are kept immaculate and the staff is very welcoming kind and helpful. I was hoping they would let me provide my services in exchange for free room and board but it wasn't an option, LOL! This event venue is good for smaller events. It is not really large enough to comfortably accommodate larger parties or weddings. The staff is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. All in all, for what it was there are no complaints. Even with such a large and picky crowd, the staff made every reasonable effort to accommodate accordingly. More...

From our very first tour, lots of phone calls and emails, the staff was always helpful, informative and up front. The mansion is a "fine lady" and the staff protects her and the community. We had our wedding here, and it was incredible. Even without a florist, between the caterers, staff, and my family, everything was decorated beautifully. The garden was perfect for the ceremony, and the patio made for some fun dancing! We just had a cocktail party, and it was very relaxed and intimate even with 150 people there! I only wish that dancing could have continued a bit later, but overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. More...
