I am so happy with the family mini session photos we just got back from Chelsea! She got some smiles out of all three of our kids, gave us a great mix of posed and more natural shots, the photos are beautiful, and I love the locations she offers (we've done 2 years with her now). I meant to come on sooner, but life has gotten in the way. Chelsea is amazing. Her photography is on point and she is the happiest, most up-beat person who managed to get my very rambunctious (and often running off and not listening to her) children, to smile and get great pictures. She was patient, kind and gentle. She took her time and thought of ways to get my children to smile and participate. I stare at my family photos all the time and we got them done back in July. Chelsea is amazing! She is professional, incredibly warm and friendly. She responded to my initial request very quickly, and was upfront with all the details and answered my questions promptly. Her online contract process is easy to use; and her pricing is more than fair. Chelsea photographed my twin one-year old girls and my three year old girl - she was able to get them all to sit still and look at the camera! Her cheerful personality really helped my girls all feel comfortable. The entire shoot was fun and a positive experience. My three year old was holding Chelsea’s hand at the end and asked when we could do another photo shoot with her. Chelsea was very familiar with her location as well and it worked perfectly for our girls. The photos are beautiful! They are bright and airy, and she captured our girls so well. One of my girlfriends posted photos thst were taken by Chelsea. I really liked her work so I looked into it and checked out her website . I contacted Chelsea and she replied back quickly. She was very accommodating and worked with what I was looking for. She also worked with my schedule to make it as easy as possible for me since I just gave birth. The week of, I realized that I haven't gotten the chance to get the outfits ready for my family. Chelsea was so sweet. She asked a client to switch dates and it worked out for everyone. Fast forward, the day she came, she started to take pictures of the boys and my husband while I was getting my newborn ready for the photoshoot. My toddler boys are beyond wild. She was really good with them to get them to take pictures. It was like herding cats. I didn't think there would be a lot of good photos like most of my past experience. Chelsea did everything within an hour. She asked if there were anything else I had in mind. Most photographers I work with don't ask and when the time is up, they stop. I thought that was nice. Chelsea left and I thought there goes more money out the door with pictures that probably wont turn out good. My boys were running all over the place! Two weeks later, as promised, Chelsea sent me the link to my photos. I was absolutely impressed!!! There were so many good ones!! I dont know how she did it but she timed everything just right to where it turned out really good! My boys were getting over a cold so I didn' want them too close to the newborn but she took pictures that had my boys close enough to my baby where it was natural. They were trying to grab the baby's face and run away. But every pose was really good! Chelsea turned the craziness to beautiful and natural captures of my family. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Chelsea while searching for someone to capture the first few days with our precious son and boy am I lucky to have found her! Right from the start, Chelsea was sweet, upbeat, exciting and so helpful in scheduling our sessions. When the time came, she was more than accommodating with picking a time for our Fresh 48 pictures as well as scheduling a day for our at home Newborn session. Both times, I was blown away! She arrived when she said she would, with the cutest smile and personality to match. She was accommodating to our situations and jumped right in to get the shots that we were specifically looking for - the shots that are now memories we will cherish forever. Its been four months and we still look at and talk about those sessions constantly - little pieces of magic that we can look back on whenever we want. I'm on my third kiddo and was looking for a photographer that could offer a fresh take on newborn and family photos. I came across Chelsea's work, and she immediately stood out. Without any other recommendations, it just "clicked" that she was the right photographer to capture the first moments of our new family of five. Welcoming a new baby is a very vulnerable time for the parents and siblings, alike. And trusting a complete stranger to capture those moments in the most beautiful way possible and getting it right the first time is a big deal. Chelsea was awesome! My 16 month old was NOT cooperating when it came time to sit and smile for the camera (surprise, surprise), but when I got our pictures I was SOO HAPPY! I loved every one of them and you would have never guessed my son was being a stink for us.
