I found myself needing wash & fold services during a long-ish stay at the local residence inn in Fishkill. The hotel self-serve laundry is fine. .. I guess. (Though someone else's leftover bleach in a machine had discolored one of my garments...but I digress.) I've been running around so much I just didn't have time to do it myself this time.   Tim and Chelsea Ridge Cleaners to the rescue! The store was not yet open when I left a message, and I got a call back very quickly from Tim the owner saying that they could pick up and deliver my wash, same day. Fantastic!   I quickly pulled together two loads and left them for pick up by the front desk. A little more running around and a while later I realized I had forgotten another full basket of dirty clothes! Aaah! By this time he was nearly at the shop so I took it there myself. Thankfully, it was not a long drive and I got to see their nice clean shop in Chelsea Ridge Mall.   Later that afternoon I received a text letting me know that the clean clothes had been delivered to the hotel. Based on the form left in the room, I would have paid an arm and a leg for the wash & fold service offered by the hotel. Tim's price was reasonable, in fact not a tremendous amount more than I was paying to do it myself in the hotel machines. All in all an excellent experience! More...

I recently had a hip replacement so now i need my laundry picked up and dropped off. the owner dropped off their own bag. They picked up my laundry and dropped it off when promised and even text me when it was dropped off . Now thats great customer service. The clothes were folded properly and smelled great. Impressed!!Location - great with good parking and a few stores just incase you need a quick bite or supply, although I hate the turn from Route 9 to get in the area. Outstanding services!!! They went out of their way to pick up my laundry and drop it off when I needed it. It's so hard to find great service these days, but when it comes to Chelsea cleaners they are 100% in customer service! !
