What’s your signature dish?
Chef Sam is excellent at many cuisines. From Seafood too Barbecue. Just ask and he can probably prepare it.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to ask what you have in mind. From there we help to plan a menu that is tasteful for you and your guest. From Spare Ribs, to Tri-Tip, Enchiladas to Fajita's, Taco's to burritos, if you want to do a crab boil or snack on tasty Salmon Tacos. Just ask!
What do you love most about your job?
Chef Sam is at peace when he's preparing and cooking. It's his passion to be good at what he does. Self taught, but learned from the best chefs all over the Inland Empire. He is excited about making your event special and mostly leaving a impression of good tasting food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Chef Sam has been in the catering business for over 15 years. It started with his family, and friends, and has expanded to events and even owning his own restaurant.
Why should our clients choose you?
We pay close attention to what the clients want. If you have specific needs, we aim to fit those needs. We are not a catering company that sticks to the basic menu, we will prepare what we can with expertise and skills, to never leave you unhappy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We want our customers to be safe. We offer delivery services, or we will serve with mask to keep you and your guest safe as well as our servers.
Catering Events
We do full size catering as well as small groups.
From Barbecue, to lunch, small gatherings, we will create a menu for you or you can pick from our catering menu. Mexican, American, Barbecue, Soul Food, you name it we do it.
