What’s your signature dish?
I don't really have a signature I'm a international chef so I like cooking all types of food and anything new I like a challenge ?
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I do consultations with all my clients to see exactly what they are trying to achieve at there event.
What do you love most about your job?
I'm doing what I love to do also the fact that I can heal people through my food I have cooked for cancer patients and have seen it with my own eyes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I went to a top culinary school in Houston and have my Associates Degree in culinary also the nutritional part behind food it can heal people if you put alot of love into it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a certified chef not a cook very clean and don't play about time and temperature and will never serve bad products or food.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Social distancing ... mask .. gloves while working in kitchen and with food
