Chef Mike is a combination of chef and entertainer. Â We've used him for nearly ten private parties of 10-12 people and we had the time of our life. Â More importantly, our guests had the time of their lives. Â We work with Chef Mike on different meal themes. Â Seafood, Spanish, steak & chop, on and on. Our guests play assistant chef roles as Chef Mike teaches advanced cooking techniques to the group. I am SO HAPPY I chose to work with Chef Mike and his team. From my first conversation with his assistant Molly (and the subsequent changes that followed) to the final sweep of their broom as they cleaned up, everything was perfect. They served delicious food, got the kids and adults involved with an interactive sushi bar and topped it off with some awesome cheesecake. We hosted a dinner party for 20 and everyone was very impressed with Mike Chef and his staff, the food was exquisite and beautifully served and the whole evening went very smoothly thanks to this fabulous team. His assistant Molly came to our home to discuss the layout and the menu and made some very helpful suggestions to me to help the evening flow better. Chef Mike even made it fun with his creative designs and delightful presentations! We had Chef Mike come in for a surprise 40th Anniversary dinner for my in-laws. We didn't know what to expect but Mike came highly recommended. I must say that it was one of the most memorable meals I've ever had. He even made my vegan wife a separate soup and entree....and that was just as amazing as our She-crab soup, and surf and turf entree! Mike was pleasant and personable, as was his assistant Zack.
