A true little gem just across the county line into Feasterville-Trevose along Bustleton Pike. Finally got to pop in today after driving past just about every day. Ordered the long hot sausage with spicy mustard and sauerkraut. Not only is everything made to order, but the rolls are so fresh and warm and truly make everything come together. Was grabbing some dinner and I've always wanted to try Cheese Dawgs. It could not have been more convenient since I was getting a cheesesteak right next door to accompany my footlong. I tried the South Philly footlong which had grilled onion, spicy mustard and provolone cheese in a perfectly sturdy but supple and chewy roll. The exquisite hot dog was grilled perfectly and all the flavors worked perfectly together and this was only shockingly $5. Wow.I was talking to the owner who was a very friendly guy and they have a challenge here for $10 if you finish a 2 ft hot dog under 10 minutes you get your picture up on the wall and a t-shirt. Next time I'm coming ready to deep throat that challenge. So many unique styles of hot dogs going to be back here for sure on the regular. More...

The all American meal, a hot dog! Sounds easy doesn't it? Well no one does it better than Cheese Dawgs! A nice clean establishment with a terrific grilled hot dog with lots of toppings and variety! I enjoyed a South Philly, which consisted of provolone cheese, spicy mustard and sautéed onions. Then followed it up with a regular dog with raw onion and mustard. The dogs are split and perfectly grilled and placed on toasted bread! The owner does a great job of cooking serving and handling the clients! This place gets one of my very few 5 stars.Just wish it had a bathroom.The owner is very friendly, the prices are very friendly, and the taste is SUPER FRIENDLY! I was thinking "Hot dogs. How good could it be?" Well, they're THAT GOOD! Honest and hard working local business that I definitely recommend and support. Brought 2 friends with me today, and they loved it as well. Recently got ripped off (overcharged, they thought I wouldn't figure it out) by a local cheesesteak place nearby (they can keep the few extra dollars) Honesty is a biggie for me, so when I'm in the area, you will find me only at Cheese Dawgs. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced, but the safety protocol is severely lacking. Patrons don't wear masks, nor does the owner slash cook. I was actually laughed at for wearing a mask inside and trying to social distance ... on two occasions! Cooking my food without a mask is unsafe and, quite frankly these days, is irresponsible and downright gross. I strive to support local businesses but can no longer support this business (after 9 years of patronage) as it clearly doesn't care about public safety ... so therefore me. I won't come back until the pandemic ends.I know it's his business, but how the owner disregards safety is highly disturbing.Buyer beware. I'm out. More...

Probably the best hotdogs I've ever had. The way the bun is cut then toasted on the grill to give it a crunch is fantastic. The hot dog itself is tasty and what's equally as great is the price. $2 for a plain. $3 for a signature hot dog. I get a plain, Green Bay (cheddar cheese on top) and a Mac Dawg (mac n cheese on top). Delicious! More...
