I can't express what a delightful suprise and joy it was to not only track down sushi grade fish to make for my daughters prom but finding a treasure like this made my day. The quality alone of the fish was spectacular. The man who came out to answer a question cut the fish into small sushi slices for me recommended even better fish. Had sound advice and guidance for preparation. The tools i needed were there and he even told me sushi sheets to save me a trip. On the way out i purchased little chocolates that were a dream. We worked with Cheese and Crackers to cater a wonderful picnic in the park for around 100 people. The sandwiches and cheese trays they made were delicious and perfect for a large event. 5 stars for their cheeses, meats and fresh fish.  We buy our salmon exclusively from here.  Their selection of cheeses are excellent. I give three stars to their sandwiches.  They put their excellent quality meats and cheese on a rock hard baguette.  My jaw was so sore after eating their sandwich (we ordered two --- the Italian and the corned beef).   Change the type of bread you use....a baguette  is meant for fondue or brushetta....  it is really hard to eat.  You could probably chip A tooth on it.   Try a brioche or sourdough or ciabatta.... anything but a baguette. We went there on a Sunday afternoon and I had the grilled Roman, my wife had the Italian. The Porchetta on the Roman was tasty as were the bread and cheese, it was grilled well. My wife's Italian sub was pretty big (enough for half of it the next day), the bread, meat, cheese and tomatoes were all much better than what you would get at a restaurant. Limited selection of sandwiches. Why have 10 options when four will do? Good value on large tasty sandwiches. The specialty items cost average. They would be cheaper if you go to where they are made. Our sandwiches were so awesome! They truly were some of the best in town. I will be back to try other kinds for sure. The selection in there is also just great anyway so even if you come in to get supplies to make your own at home you won't be disappointed! The younger guy that helped us was super friendly and was working quickly. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that another gentleman that was working was very, loudly rude to his co-workers to the point where I felt uncomfortable. I realized I wasn't the only one because I shared a glance with another customer waiting next to me and I could tell she felt awkward as well. As a fellow business owner in the service industry, I found it pretty unprofessional. All of the products are good, I love the truffle goat cheese. However some of the staff are just rude. I went there for lunch to get a sandwich, meanwhile two other people came in and ordered as well, the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes and huffed: "of course your here for lunch, we are surrounded by sandwich shops you have just HAVE to come here"  I thought that was odd and chimed in, "this place must be the best" he just seemed annoyed and said: "it's really not, but I guess you can do whatever" I found that so off putting, it was the first time I decided to have a deli sandwich for lunch and although good, it's considerably more expensive than the other options as Panera, JJ, and subway are walking distance. I don't understand why he was so annoyed doing his job and why he would encourage customers to go elsewhere.. UPDATE: after the owner resolved the issue I believe my initial review may be too harsh and don't want it to be a deterrent for others trying this place. This place is awesome. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was accommodating, friendly, and knew his products. I went in there, told him what I liked and he let me try several cheeses, every single one was a winner. I walked out of there with three amazing cheeses, a sopressata, some olives, and some wonderful bread. My charcuterie tray was on point! Everyone enjoyed what I brought home. It was perfect!
