What do you love most about your job?
I love helping women change the way they see themselves by challenging their limiting belief systems and helping them develop an empowered state of mind. Seeing clarity set in in the lives of my clients is so exciting and I love to see them transform.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many women live in a constant struggle where they try to maintain their personal and working lives whilst dealing with long-term pain. They don't always feel able to be honest with family and friends about their true feelings and feel socially isolated and misunderstood. This causes many women to feel an undercurrent of sadness and stress while suffering in silence.
I lived that life for much of my young adult years and, when I was transformed, God called for my experiences and transformation to not be in vain. I’ve realized that each day is an opportunity to experience my dreams, to set new goals and to be filled with the energy and excitement to live my life with purpose. I discovered that I truly can accomplish what I set my mind to, given the appropriate resources, and coaching is my opportunity to deliver my expertise to others so they can be fueled by the same energy and excitement that fuels my day.
The teacher in me thrives on the opportunity to share my knowledge with others every chance I get and my life mission is to change as many lives as possible for the better! It brings me great joy to witness others gain self-confidence and create the life story they desire and deserve.

Life can be filled with twists, turns, obstacles and destinations. Mine has been filled with pain, loss, relationship challenges and other limitations but, in spite of those challenges, I overcame everything that I could have allowed to destroy me.
It takes someone special to first gain your trust, help you see yourself as you truly are and then teach you how to create success in every aspect of your life. I've worked with women who were right where you are and helped them solve their problems.
I am a trained listener and offer an open, straightforward approach to teaching techniques and principles to leave you better equipped to take a solution from theory to realization and from completion to maintenance.
My creative, resourceful, detail oriented personality make me a valuable resource and I will do whatever it takes to see you win.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In-person workshops have been postponed for the safety of all of the attendees and all services are completed virtually through Zoom.
Breakthrough Session

Prior to the session, you will complete a Pre-Breakthrough Assessment so I can prepare for our time together. Then, we'll schedule a 90-minute zoom session during which I'll show you a blueprint of your overall situation, help you identify what’s blocking you and provide a personalized plan for moving forward.
BONUS:
Two weeks after the Breakthrough Session, we will have a 15-minute follow up call to assess where you are, celebrate your progress, and address any issues that may have come up. If you need further assistance, we'll work together decide the next steps.
