I’m currently in the 6 week challenge and I’m already in love! The classes are small and the instructors are very motivating and positive and are easy going in corrections on form and exercise execution! Definitely recommend!!

My comments are based on my 1st meeting with Josh, the company's owner. The reasons I chose to give Josh a chance include: his qualifications & experience; he didn't just hear what I shared with him, regarding several physical challenges & limitations I have - he listened & immediately began to come up with suggestions as to how to work around and/or with those challenges; Josh's enthusiasm for his work & his willingness to combine his goals for me & & mine for me; the education-based; the fact that my sessions will be 1 on 1 & in-person; the facility is spotless. I am looking forward to starting a whole new exercise program with Josh. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention that, as excited as he was with the prospect of gaining another client, he did not exert any pressure on me to sign up with him. To me, that is a really big "thing." During my first group fitness session at Chattanooga Fitness Club I noticed first how excited, and comfortable all the members were. Being my first time trying group fitness it was a great experience all around! The trainers were very hands on and made sure everyone was getting the most out of their workout, while simultaneously making it a fun and comfortable experience! We offer Private 1x1 Personal Training by appointment, where we shut down the gym and work with you personally through a customized plan over the course of hour-long sessions.
Small Group Personal Training
We offer Small Group Personal Training, in groups of 6-12, at pre-set times during the week Monday thru Saturday. Currently 23 sessions on the schedule for your convenience!
Nutrition Coaching
Our Certified Nutrition Coach works with you to help understand the components of a healthy diet, set appropriate dietary targets, and stick to them over time using a coaching approach!
Virtual Personal Training
Our double-certified Personal Trainer Virtual Coach will build a custom program for you and lead you through hour long private sessions over zoom. Recommended for those who travel frequently for work or pleasure, or who live outside of the Chattanooga, TN area.
Yoga
We offer hour long yoga at the club several times a week!
