Excellent! Just like my Nana used to bake and excellent service. As for Joseph Z. There are always 2 sides to a story. I suspect he's the kind of person you couldn't please even if you bent  over backwards.

By far the best cannoli in San Jose and the Bay Area. We order birthday cakes, cupcakes and cookies from here for work.. .and I decided to order some cannoli to make it a bit different. Everyone was going crazy. I only wish I had ordered the large and not the small so - we ordered large last Friday and it was so delicious it was sinful. Wow! Unbelievably delicious and beautifully presented. They make everything from scratch, down to the jelly in the jelly cookies. The owner is using her Sicilian grandmother's recipes and I think grandma would be proud. We had the cannoli bar and assorted cookies for a work celebration and there were audible exclamations as each item was tasted. Very unique, and they put a lot of detail into the presentation. Best cannoli in San Jose. Best Italian bakery in san jose. Great Sicilian cookies and pastries. We ordered a cake, cookies and cannoli from the Charming Kitchen and we are so happy we did. The best cannoli in San Jose hands down. Fresh shells, delicious filling. The cookies and cakes are just like the ones my family made growing up. This bakery is working hard to keep the traditions of Italian cookies, cannoli and Italian baked goods, alive. Their cakes are really something, too. Vanessa and her mom were the best in creating the best desserts for our dessert table. Vanessa is very easy to work with and very accommodating. Over the weekend, we hosted a bridal shower for our best friend. Needless to say, we wanted to go above & beyond for her and throw the bridal shower of her dreams! We contacted The Charming Kitchen to see what they could do for us, and boy did they deliver. They made unique cakes for dessert, along with cupcakes & mini cupcakes. Not only did they taste amazing, but the desserts were decorated perfectly for the shower and the wedding colors were spot-on. It felt like the cakes even added to the décor just by being there. The desserts were easily delivered and set up on the day of the shower. The Charming Kitchen was great to work with, and the shower would not have been the same without their help...everyone loved the desserts!! Our babies first birthday was made even more memorable by the stunning cake, cupcakes and cookies from The Charming Kitchen. All treats tasted as good as they looked. I attended a baby shower Brunch today catered by The Charming Kitchen.  The setting was gorgeous and the food delicious.  The French toast was moist, sweet and the texture just right.  Bacon, sausages, fruit, croissants...and 3 different types of cupcakes for dessert.  It couldn't have been more lovely or delicious.  I will consider them for our next party! I found The Charming Kitchen via Yelp while searching for an Italian bakery. I made contact through their online order form and left a voicemail as well. Vanessa was helpful and friendly. We decided on the deluxe large cookie assortment for my company's holiday lunch. The luncheon was being held at a hotel restaurant and The Charming Kitchen delivered directly to the restaurant. I didn't have to worry about a thing. We had over 20 guests and every single person commented on how much they loved the cookies. In fact, my boss liked them so much that he had me place an order for his family's Christmas Eve dinner. Again, Vanessa was great and delivered the cookies herself to his home. While searching for a bakery in San Jose area now that Aki's is closed and Wilsons, I came across The Charming Kitchen. I am SO Glad I did. I didn't even know there was an Italian bakery in San Jose, let alone one that also has Sicilian treats too! While they don't have a storefront just yet, Vanessa is awesome and will deliver your order right to you! We ordered 6 cannoli and they were amazing! Very fresh and delicious! The cannoli tubes were just as good as the cream. They didn't last long in the house at all. My husband loved the citron one, while I preferred the chocolate and the traditional. I love love, love and  love their Italian cookies. You seriously can not resist them! Flavor and Presentation are over the top.
