Charleston Black Cab saved us after the first rental company we had hired showed up twice to the airport with the wrong size child car seats for our toddlers. We called Charleston Black Cab and Josh showed up about 15 minutes later with the correct seats. He was so helpful and nice getting all of our stuff and group into the suv. Once we arrived in downtown Charleston he lugged all of our luggage and strollers up the stairs to our condo. We received an initial text from the company upon me calling them to request a suv, a text once Josh arrived and one after our trip was complete. I used this service for my twins 16th birthday, and I choose a great company. My driver Joshua was AWESOME!!! He arrived early and gave great suggestions on where we could go. He allowed me to chaperone from the front with him and I was able to see everything in the back but still give the children private time. I left a slipper in the party bus and he went above and beyond to return it to me. I will be using this service again in the near future. If you're going to North Charleston Coliseum or the NPAC they can drop you right at the door and then they'll be waiting right outside when you get out! Carlton Richardson/ Anita Carson: Charleston Black Cab Company was our go to company for a party bus for a night out on the town, back on August 10th 2019. Throughout the entire booking process everyone was professional and prompt. John was very professional when he took our reservation and even followed up with us. Also, Mike and Constantino (I believe I’m spelling his name right) did a great job accommodating the group size, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Our driver Robert was fantastic, Robert did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He arrived on time and dressed professionally. He even recommended a few places for the group to stop at. Everyone enjoyed him. The brand new party bus we had was definitely a big hit. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about it. The bus was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I booked a party bus from Charleston Black Cab for a bachelorette party in August. The entire process was smooth and easy. All of the employees I spoke with from start to finish were extremely helpful and courteous. The bus picked us up from Kiawah on time without any trouble. Our driver, Joshua, was fantastic! He offered to take group photos of us before we got on the bus– what a guy! He was very communicative regarding pick up location which was nice because downtown Charleston on the weekends can be difficult to navigate. We had an absolute great experience with Charleston Black Cab Company. We originally rented the 18 person party bus that we had planned to take to a concert. Unfortunately, the concert was rained out. Had a great time on the biggest bus they offered! Honestly when everyone chipped in it was probably less than a normal night out! The bus was clean and had everything we needed and Herbert the driver was an accommodating sweet guy. We did a 20 something people bachelorette party and everyone fit easily and everyone had a great time! Everything from the panel to control the lights show and music to the water bottles and ice provided was well executed. I booked Charleston Black Cab Company for a bachelorette trip this past weekend and they did not disappoint! We stayed on Isle of Palms and made two reservations with Charleston Black Cab company to transport us from our house (in IOP) to downtown Charleston. We had a different driver for each trip - but both were wonderful. Drivers were incredibly prompt, arriving 15 minutes early both times. Every person I spoke with in arranging this service prior to arriving in Charleston was kind and patient even though I had to change my reservation multiple times.
