Remote learning and training keeps our physical interaction limited and completely removes our risk from transmitting Covid-19 from one another.

Services

Depending on the starting point or limitations of the client, will focus on the 3 phases of cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness in alignment with clients goals and interests. With clients permission, would also permit for bi weekly meetings by method of their choice, whether it's for general advice, thoughts, feedback, and nutritional guidance for optimal results. Primary goal is to be adaptable to always meet the clients needs and assist them in obtaining their goals. The package will help the client maintain focus on their training that is designed just for them while, I as your trainer, conducts any and all research that best helps the client achieve their goals and with most relevant data. Any other services non explicitly stated will be provided at no additional cost.
