AMAZING!! First off, they took me in SUPER last minute, and my hair needed a lot of work done. I could not have asked for more on my wedding day!! Jen and Liz made me feel so beautiful, and I enjoyed every single minute of getting ready. They even came to the hotel to help accommodate us. These ladies were very professional and helped me to be 100% relaxed that morning. My makeup and hair were perfect thanks to them and all of my bridesmaids hair looked phenomenal! As the mother of the groom I joined the bridal party in getting our hair and makeup done early Saturday morning. The staff was ready for us when we got there, gracious and charming throughout the morning, worked quickly but beautifully and had us all looking our wedding best. This is a beautiful Salon very friendly people the atmosphere is Pittsburgh for me that took me home for a little bit I love Erie but I also love my home. The owner of the salon is very beautiful very gracious friendly and welcoming and I felt very comfortable like the next time I go I'm going to have my eyebrows done and maybe even get my hair trimmed and we'll see what else I can do to make myself feel better about me. I can't get over how amazing charisma salon is! They did the hair and make up for my wedding and it was 100% perfect!! They were so nice and funny! They allow for trial runs and take notes to see what works and what doesn't. They keep constant communication and you don't feel scared as a bride. The day of they were very accommodating. They allowed us to bring snacks and drinks and had a good atmosphere. They made my flower girl feel like a princess and took time to talk to every girls about what she wanted or what would look nice. They really invest their time into their clients. I was worried about getting the hair and make up done so early in the day. But let me tell you! The hair was perfect and didn't move one bit. My makeup was flawless all night long. I laughed , cried, ate, and danced the night away without my makeup smudging. Everyone kept asking how my makeup looked so good 16 hours after it was done! I used Charisma Salon for my wedding day. Jen and Liz were fantastic, my hair and makeup was perfect. They also did all of the bridesmaids hair! Really nice, low-key salon that lets you decide exactly how much you want from them. Anytime I go in just wanting a trim there's no feeling that they want me to do anything more complicated (expensive), but they can and will go all out if that's what you're looking for. Charisma is amazing. The girls are so approachable and down to earth, but also very knowledgeable, educated and professional. Today was my first visit to Charisma Salon. My roommate and my friend from school have both been here before and they loved it, so I decided to come here too. I absolutely loved it!!! My hairstylist's name was Alex, and she did a fantastic job! I brought in a picture of the color that I wanted, and she matched it exactly. I did not bring a picture for the hair style I wanted, but she still got it exactly right from what I described to her. Alex and the girl at the front desk were both very nice, and professional. I am a 22 year old student, but the lady who was there before me was older (maybe in her 60s) and she loved her highlights and her haircut as well (done by Alex as well). I am very impressed by this salon, and the prices are really reasonable too. They even offer to get you a beverage! I am definitely going to keep coming here as long as I am in Erie. More...

I think that in the fast paced, want it done yesterday world we live in, Charisma Salon delivers on many levels. I have stared going to Charisma on a recommendation from my best friend whose sister has been going there since it has opened it's doors. My best friend now resides in Florida and her only regret is she cannot find a salon to match the service she gets here at Charisma. As for my own experience, I feel that Jenn (owner/stylist) and her staff are very accommodating to my needs. I have to reschedule every appointment I make because I never have a hard schedule from my place of employment. Not once has that been a problem, nor has anyone given me an attitude.The women who work at Charisma exude a professional yet approachable presence. My proof of the capabilities Jenn has as a stylist comes from the fact that at least once a day I get asked who styles my hair, I am more than happy to pass on the good advice from my dear friend, Charisma Salon! First time customer at this salon, I got a haircut with Cassie. She was very professional and friendly. She made suggestions based on what I needed. She proceeded to wash and condition my hair and then began cutting my hair. The haircut turned out beautiful. I also got a blowout. She used this really cool powder product that gave my hair a great amount of volume that held up for a long time. I will definitely be going here again! More...
