I cannot say enough good things about Charge Fitness, Katelyn, or Michael. For the first time in my life, I am consistently engaging in fitness. I have had knee injuries and they never fail to help me modify an exercise or find a different exercise to do. They push me, encourage me, and truly care about my success! I had tried out similar gyms before Charge opened and I can honestly say they did not know my name after a month of attending, the owner wouldn't even give me the time of day until I signed a contract. Charge is NOT like that! Katelyn and Michael know you by name when you walk in the door. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, included, and comfortable. They truly care about each person, as an individual, and it shows! This is their business, they have invested all of themselves in it, and they are truly passionate about it. Literally the best place ever. I was unhappy with myself ever since my back surgeries 7 years ago. I came to Michael and Katelyn for personal training. I ended up with great friends and a happier life along with a healthier lifestyle. Don't let others put you down or make you feel bad about yourself. I absolutely love this gym! The trainers, Mike and Katelyn, are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they are just kind, honest, all around wonderful people. They genuinely care about their members and helping them to achieve their goals, and it shows. The other members are also great. I have never felt, not even for a second, that I was being negatively judged by anyone here. We're all in it for the same general things, so we have a strong sense of community and we all get along extremely well.Charge Fitness has, without a doubt, changed my life for the better, and I could not be happier with the results I have achieved in just a couple of months.If you stick to the plan, trust the process and put in the work, you will notice definite results.
