A dear friend passed away unexpectedly two weeks ago and I had to travel to NC to attend the funeral. Part of a religious ritual involved obtaining Marigolds. Ken, went ABOVE and beyond to find me marigolds, even before I agreed to work with him. He was not the only florist I spoke to over a 3 day period but he was the ONLY one who followed up multiple times with suggestions and updates. My husband and I were in Chapel Hill for the first time to visit my cousin whom I hadn't seen in over 20 years. I wanted to get flowers there so they would be fresh but couldn't find a grocery store. We saw this place and parked but when we got there it was closed. Thankfully the man inside saw us and opened the door. I wish I had gotten his name. He was so nice and friendly and helped me quickly put together a beautiful bouquet. He asked before we got started how much I was looking to spend and kept it under budget. My cousin was impressed.
